How this works...
STEP ONE: Please choose your tour package from the list on the Tour Details page. All of our tour locations are within walking distance. Consider your time parameters, and the ages of your tour group. Please be aware that if the partners are unavailable for your date we will simply schedule a separate package to omit that stop on your tour. You are welcome to call us at any time to help with your scheduling!
SUBMIT A REQUEST: Fill out our on-line request form on the "Schedule Tour" page. Select your 1st choice for the date for your groups adventure. And give us your second choice too! We will get back to you within a day or two in order to confirm all the details.
PAYMENTS: We understand some school systems are unable to prepay.
We accept full payment of the tour on the day of the tour.
Prepayment is an option to secure your tour date as well if you prefer.
Hungry?: Reach out to us in advance and we can help you arrange catering for your group. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and eat on the square. If the weather is not cooperative, you all are welcome to eat at the tables at WildArt.
